馬公本島：
- 自行採購
- 大統商行：飲料、蛋類、五穀雜糧、免洗餐具、沙拉脫、麵粉、炸粉、糖粉、醬類等等食品，主要供應批貨給餐飲通路和零售，所以價位便宜。
- 位置：澎湖縣馬公市大仁街41號

- 屏東有機蔬菜產銷班(賣菜的大攤販)：根莖、菜葉類蔬菜(星期一休息)比其他菜攤便宜，價錢實在一早生意都很好。
- 位置：農會超市旁－鐵皮屋搭在往大通商行的路上。對面是賣水餃的攤販。
- 豬肉攤：建議一早在西文祖師廟旁的文澳市場採買，因生意比較清淡，價位比較好商量。如要在北辰市場購買，建議到二樓的肉攤，一樓的肉攤大多是冷凍或者是非法宰殺豬肉。
- 海鮮：一大清早約六點左右在第三漁港的魚市場買比較便宜，種類也比較多。可是要記得多比價，因為價差非常的大。
- 蚵仔：菜園休閒園區一斤帶殼的三十元上下，新鮮美味。

- 水果：約中午的時候北辰市場外圍會擺很多水果攤販。
- 素食材料：北辰市場內(室內的攤販位於一樓)，有不少家在賣素料。可是要注意鮮度。
- 麵包吐司：市中心美德麵包、華馨蛋糕等等選擇甚多。
- 綜合採買：澎湖縣農會超市，裡頭什麼都有，一次買齊。

懶得準備烤肉器具和食材的在北辰市場旁邊有香串串烤肉用品公司，他們是高雄冷凍過來的食材，都是一盒一盒冷凍的，一整組有約一千五至兩千元價位，可供8到10人使用。
