採購指南：


  1. 大統商行：飲料、蛋類、五穀雜糧、免洗餐具、沙拉脫、麵粉、炸粉、糖粉、醬類等等食品，主要供應批貨給餐飲通路和零售，所以價位便宜。

  1. 屏東有機蔬菜產銷班(賣菜的大攤販)：根莖、菜葉類蔬菜(星期一休息)比其他菜\攤便宜，價錢實在一早生意都很好。

　　　位置：農會超市旁－用鐵皮屋搭ㄉ在往大通商行的路上。對面是賣水餃的攤販.


  1. 豬肉攤：建議一早在西文祖師廟旁的文澳市場採買，因生意比較清淡，價位比較好商量。如要在北辰市場

購買，建議到二樓的肉攤，一樓的肉攤大多是冷凍或者是非法窄殺豬肉。


  1. 海鮮：一大清早約六點左右在第三魚港的魚市場買比較便宜，種類也比較多。可是要\記得多比價，因為價差非常的大。


  1. 蚵仔：菜園休閒園區一斤帶殼的三十元上下，新鮮美味。

  1. 素食材料：北晨市場內(室內的攤販位於一樓)，有不少家在賣素料。可是要注意鮮度。
