- 凡完成訂票手續OK後，在3天內取船票。
- 船票均含人身保險200萬
- 客輪不能裝儎機車與攜帶寵物上船
- 全票係指12歲（含）以上，半票係指3歲（含）～12歲（未含）之兒童，出生至未滿3歲為嬰兒票。
- 乘客需在登船前60分鐘，至碼頭船公司辦理報到劃位手續，若未在60分鐘前辦理者，船公司將不負責保留船位。
- 具法定優惠身分旅客，搭船需備妥證明文件，以利查驗。
- 完成開票後如有退票情事，依船公司規定則每張票收取票面價20％手續費。
- 本價目表如有變動依船公司公告為準，恕不另行通知。
- 本年（97年）四月份起，台南安平←→澎湖馬公航線開航時間為每週五、六、日 、一等四天，每天往返各一航次，其他週一至週四為加班航班。（航班時間為安平→馬公09：00開航；馬公→安平16：00開航）。
- 首航期間特惠活動：優惠票種限全票優惠票價之50％。優惠期間為3月29日（安平→馬公10：00時開航）至3月30日（馬公→安平16：00時開航）。
- 加班船消息：97年4月15日當日加開往返航次：安平→馬公09：00；馬公→安平13：00。

- 旅客可以自本公司網站首頁下載「船票預訂表」，填妥起訖日期、航線、航程、人數、旅客基本資料(包括姓名、身分證字號、出生年月日、艙等、票種、訂票代表人聯繫電話及手機及寄票地址)，以E-MAIL傳至:hy@517travel.com.tw或傳真至:06-2688541航友旅行社有限公司，本公司在確認船位OK後會馬上以電話或E-MAIL或傳真通知OK。
- 本公司通知船位訂位OK後，請在通知期限內下訂金或開票，逾期沒下訂金或開票，船位將不予保留。
