- 簡史：
本里里民於乾隆時自金門移至此，斯時民丁稀少，適逢凶年頻仍石鬼怪隱現溫疫四起，社里不安，幸逢池府王爺出巡至此，萍蹤駐蹕，赫濯威靈，殲除魑魅，清息瘟疫，里民感荷無任乃建廟，恭塑池府王爺像，崇拜之。並配祀池府夫人及池府元帥，因頌神聖之威靈顯赫，則號威靈殿。建廟至今二百廿餘年，中間歷經數次重修，於58年經鄉老提議民眾贊同，開始籌備重建，至六十二年竣工，此次重修增建東、西兩畔翼室，作為民眾集會處所，廟內正殿上有一匾額，上書乾隆四十年。
