通樑保安宮是重要的遊憩據點，其前庭之古榕茂盛綿延，雖然長年受澎湖地區之強風吹襲，但每每能在春天來臨時再度展現其強韌之生命力，再度長新枝、冒新芽從樹幹中間垂下之氣根一條接一條的增加，樹幹盤據約兩百坪之大，為全國名樹之一。穿過榕園則是保安宮之本殿。保安宮是由先民祖先由大陸供奉而來，在渡海來澎後，奠基於本村，由於對疾病、地理水土等問題，對善男信女所祈求的均能有明確的指引和親身顯靈，故至今為村內民眾所敬仰供奉。
