將軍澳的植物很有特色，因為將軍澳的開發狀況很集中，所以有大片的荒地。這些荒地都是完全沒有開發的，所以植物能 有很自主的空間去生長。將軍的植物大概是這樣：海邊有馬鞍藤，岸邊有仙人掌，崖邊有蘆薈，往上是龍舌蘭，再往上一大片 的是銀河歡，當然散居其中還有很多很多其他種類的植物。蘆薈的群剛好生長在崖邊，由環島公路往上看，一大片在天際線， 很漂亮。尤其是冬天開花的時候，橘色的花、綠色的葉片、藍色的天空、土色的大地、這不正是台灣政黨大和解嗎！！
