    • 藍海天晴民宿是藍海風晴民宿於2012年全新打造完工的第二館，位置同樣比鄰美麗的山水沙灘，兩館的距離只需步行約2分鐘即可到達，民宿外觀為白色希臘風格相當醒目。
    • 民宿房間有分海景型及陽台型，皆設有獨立陽台，海景房面向山水沙灘，沙灘美景一覽無遺，陽台房則可將山水社區田園古厝盡收眼底，遊客可依喜好選擇。
    • 民宿戶外特別設置了沖洗區，方便遊客下水回來後可以做簡易的沖沙或盥洗，也提供洗衣機免費使用。
    • 對於預算有限又想住在山水沙灘的旅客們，藍海天晴是相當好的選擇，親切平實的訂價又有著嶄新的設備，親切的民宿夫婦也能提供實用的行程建議。

  • 延期與退費說明：
    • 取消訂房規定：只接受來電取消訂房，無法線上取消訂房，請知悉
    • 旅客於住宿日14天前取消訂房，可選擇全額退還訂金(但會酌收手續費100元)或保留訂金以一年為限
    • 十四天前退還全額訂金，十天至十三天前退70%，七天至九天前退50%，四天至六天前退40%，二天至三天前退30%，一天前退20%
    • 如遇颱風、地震等天災不可抗力因素，（以澎湖縣政府頒佈狀況為原則）造成無法前來，可全額退費或改期。 若純屬個人因素當天無法到達者，恕不退費或改期。
    • 住宿前，若因鋒面或颱風逐漸接近(但航空公司或船公司並未取消航班時)或其他因素---導致個人希望取消或改期，仍需依上面取消訂房來處理。
