• 訂房需知：

1. 訂房電話：06-9215208、0982033913、0980158960
2. 來電訂房請說明住房日期、天數、人數及性別(以利準備房務備品)。
3. 經綉麗人員確認訂房後，請於三個工作天內，以匯款或轉帳方式繳付房價50%之訂金，否則視同取消，餘額請於check in時繳清。
4. 匯款人務必保留匯款或轉帳之收據，並於匯款後以電話、e-mail、等方式告知綉麗訂房人員以下資訊，帳號末5碼、金額、姓名、住房時間，經查察款項入帳後，始完成訂房之程序。
5. 住宿一晚提供機場(碼頭)，免費接機(船)或送機(船)單程服務，房客可自由選擇。住宿兩晚以上則免費接、送雙程服務，有需要之房客請於住房前兩日告知飛機班次或船班時間。
6. 為維護住宿品質，本民宿備有雙人房及四人房，若須加床，提供個人床墊、寢具、盥洗用品、早餐及民宿內各項設施，一人一天收取500元。

• 住宿需知

1. check in為PM2:00，check out為AM11:00，未達住、退房時間，房客可寄放行李。
2. 食用素食者請於前一天告知。
3. 為維護社區安寧，晚間12點後及清晨8點前，請勿於綉麗旅店內外大聲喧嘩，不便之處，敬請見諒。
4. 綉麗旅店禁止吸菸、吸毒及嚼檳榔等其他不法行為。
5. 請愛惜綉麗內外所有設施，房客退房後若房間內之設施有損壞或遺失，綉麗旅店將要求照價賠償。
6. 為維護房客隱私，綉麗旅店不會在房客住宿期間進入打擾，若需打掃，請通知綉麗人員。
7. 貴重物品應自行妥善保管，外出時請務必隨身攜帶，綉麗恕不負保管之責。
8. 為響應節能，房客外出時請將房內電源及電器用品關閉，謝謝合作。

• 退房需知

1. 未於住宿日3天前(不含住宿當日)通知退訂、改期，恕不退還訂金。
2. 於住宿日7天前(不含住宿當日)通知退訂，可退還訂金50%(扣除100元手續費)或保留全額訂金6個月。
3. 於住宿日14天前(不含住宿當日)若無法準時前往，請通知綉麗訂房人員，可全額退還訂金(扣除100元手續費)或保留訂金6個月。
4. 住房當天如遇不可抗拒之因素(如颱風、地震等)，以當地縣市政府頒布狀況為準則，可選擇全額退還訂金或保留訂金6個月。
5. 若因遇颱風，交通受阻，導致旅客無法離開，滯留期間，住宿費以5折計算。

1. 綉麗每間房間均為雅房，一層樓二間房間共用一個浴室，且只走三歩路就到了浴室
2. 房內備有、電視、冷氣、吹風機 ，浴巾及盥洗用具。
3. 提供無線網路及客廳內42吋液晶電視。
4. 綉麗貼心的為各位旅客準備小禮物：客製化拖鞋、茶包、咖啡。
5. 住宿期間可免費享用活力早餐。
