- 2007年12月29日，騎著小單車經過石泉風車碼頭，澎湖船屋民宿的陳扶氣大哥正在敲敲打打，忙碌的夏天過去後，冬天的寧靜正好創作。船屋民宿附設寺廟藝術咖啡廳的樓下老古石牆已經砌好，以後內部會展示陳大哥各式木雕與石雕作品。
- 陳大擱在庭院空地敲打著新的大型風車，為石泉風車碼頭增添新的生力軍，今日看到的這批以澎湖牛車輪為主題，讓牛車輪幻化為空中轉動的風車，大膽的用色一直是陳大哥作品的特色之一，風車轉動，牛車車輪轉動，澎湖數百年的歲月也正繼續轉動。期待更多風車作品的誕生
