  • 2009年沐光之居落成，設計含有許許多多的涵意，例如半圓的前台大門如同雙手擁抱歡迎客人，期盼給造訪的朋友在外地有另一個家的感覺。
  • 1樓大廳設有櫃枱提供給房客諮詢觀光景點以及建議旅遊行程，2樓為挑高餐廳提供給房客用餐，頂樓設有星光木平台，白天可一覽整個馬公市區以及澎湖灣，包括觀音亭、大倉島、跨海大橋都可以看的到，晚上則欣賞每年舉辦的夏戀花火燦爛以及屬於澎湖的星空。另外最特別的設計在於後棟的室外圓形梯，曲線的向上延伸創造出各個不同的視角，每個視角都有屬於它的自然感受，來到這裡一定要親自體驗看看這其中的奧妙。
  • 民宿主人在房間的設計上花了很多心血，六、七樓有著絕佳的賞景視野，希望在空間的氛圍裏是沉穩中帶些華麗感，並與室外的窗景緊密結合在一起。五樓以休閒的東方風格為主，大量使用原木的色系來裝點空間的調性。三、四樓以色彩做為空間的主角，使之充滿活潑的清新感。

1. 平日是週一~週四、假日為週五~週日。
2. 房價含精緻早餐及民宿內各項免費設施。(淡季恕無法供應早餐)
3. 住宿1晚免費提供單程接機或送機、住宿2晚以上免費提供來回接送機。
4. 不加床且3歲以上每人加收400元清潔費。

2. 請告知訂房的進出日期、房間型態、房間數、入住人數、聯絡姓名與電話等資料。

4. 請於訂房後3日內（含訂房當日）預付房價總金額的30％作為訂金，逾期自動取消訂房，不另行通知，感謝體諒。
5. 請將匯款證明或者匯出帳號(後五碼)寫上姓名、電話及住宿日期，傳真、電話或者e-mail通知上述資料以方便核對。沐光之居也以相同方式回覆，以完成訂房手續。
6. 假日為週五~週日及連續假日，平日為週一~週四。
7. 入住時間(check in)為下午3點，退房時間(check out)為早上11點。
8. 如需接送請於入住前一日來電告知接機(船)時間，以免耽誤您寶貴時間。(住宿一天可選擇接機或者送機，住宿兩天以上免費接送機)

• 取消或延期處理方式

1. 無法如期入住者，請於入住日前2週事先通知，可選擇退款或保留訂金1年為限。
2. 依照行政院公佈之民宿訂房定型化契約範本規定:
   1. 前14天前取消，退還訂金100% (酌收手續費100元)
   2. 前10~13天前解除契約者，退還訂金70%
   3. 前7~9天前解除契約者，退還訂金50%
   4. 前4~6天前解除契約者，退還訂金40%
   5. 前2~3天前解除契約者，退還訂金30%
   6. 前1 天前解除契約者，退還訂金20%
   7. 當天解除契約或未通知解約者一律不退費。
3. 如遇天候不佳(須經主管機關發佈)導致無法前往，可選擇退款或延期

• 住宿須知:

1. 櫃檯人員服務時間為上午7點至晚上11點(旺季);上午8點至晚上9點(淡季)
2. 夜間櫃檯休息後電梯將不停１樓，請從2樓電梯出入(記得1樓安全門要鎖門哦~)
3. check in為下午3點,check out為上午11點，如因班機或行程關係，行李可先寄放民宿大廳
4. 早餐供應時間為上午7:30~9:30，請至２樓用餐（淡季期間恕無法供應早餐）
5. 為維護房客隱私，不會在入住期間進入打擾，如需打掃請將清理牌子掛於門把上，我們將為您清理，感謝配合
6. 為推行澎湖低碳島-環保民宿，請旅客注意下列三點
   1. 旅客續住不主動更換床單組、毛巾、浴巾、盥洗用具，有需要可勾選
   2. 不主動提供刮鬍刀、梳子、浴帽三項拋棄品，如有需要可向櫃檯索取
   3. 房客外出時請務必將房內電源關閉，愛護地球人人有責
7. 為配合社區作息安寧，頂樓木平台的燈光到晚上11點將會自動關閉，房客欣賞夜景時請注意自身安全及使用時間(有小孩者請家長多加小心注意)
8. 如需接送機請務必提前一天告知時間，以免耽誤您寶貴時間
9. 如旅客人數超出房型預定人數，沐光之居有權拒絕房客入住並沒收訂金
10. 室內全面禁菸、嚼檳榔、賭博、大聲喧嘩及其它不法行為
11. 請愛惜民宿內外各項設施，如有損壞或遺失將照價賠償。
