- 澎湖青年活動中心是一棟代表澎湖歷史文化的五層樓建築物，內部設計新穎，外觀融合中國傳統式屋瓦及歐洲地中海古城堡風格，建築物四面有不同景觀的造型，建築採用澎湖所產的玄武石和珊瑚礁，極具澎湖地方特色。
- 中心正對介壽路，與第一賓館（蔣公行館）相鄰，背向觀音亭，中心後是最佳風帆船及游泳的海域，中心三四樓中庭靠海處，建有觀海咖啡藝廊及露天咖啡座，天氣好時可遙望對岸西嶼風光，也是欣賞西嶼夕陽最佳地點，夜間可就近觀賞澎湖新地標"西瀛虹橋"，夜闌人靜時，可於露天咖啡座觀星及遠眺澎湖跨海大橋。
- 自中心步行5-10分鐘即可至馬公市中心，亦可自中心沿古城牆走訪馬公市區內多處古蹟。
