- 房備有冷氣、吹風機、補充式洗髮精、沐浴乳，毛巾、浴巾等。
- 為提倡節能減碳，民宿不提供一次性的盥洗用品，如需購買請洽服務台。
- 民宿之續住不提供房務之清潔，如需更換毛/浴巾請告知櫃台。
- 一樓備有洗衣脫水機及晒衣間及臨時沖洗室，歡迎多加利用。
- 協助安排汽、機車及旅遊行程規劃諮詢服務。
- 民宿提倡澎湖慢遊與親近大自然之美生活體驗，建議遠離三c產品，無提供電視服務。
- 住宿須知：
- 入住時間下午4點，退房時間上午11點（行李可先寄放）。
- 免費接送：由車行提供服務，需租用三天機車。
- 租車行接送定點：僅限於車行<-->機場或車行<-->馬公港台華輪搭船處之間的且僅限於當天入住或當天退房之接送，其餘均不提供接送。
- 室內嚴禁吸煙。一樓庭院及三樓陽台備有煙灰缸，若需抽煙請至戶外。
- 如於房間內吸煙，另因酗酒嘔吐，需特別清潔處理，則須酌收2000元清潔費。
- 民宿於22:30停止相關服務，僅提供緊急狀況服務，煩請配合。
- 為維護住宿品質，晚上十點以後勿大聲喧嘩。並為顧及其他房客之權益，一樓公共空間開放至11點，敬請配合。
- 請攜帶汽、機車駕照及自備泳裝、遮陽帽、防晒油個人用品等。
- 戲水返回住宿區時，請在戶外清洗區清洗海砂後再入室內。
- 請愛惜民宿內各項設施，如有損壞照價賠償。
- 為享應節能環保，請隨手關燈及電器用品。
- 為維護住宿品質，禁止攜帶寵物入住。

- 於預定住宿日十四日前告知，可退還全額訂金。
- 於預定住宿日十至十三日前告知，可退還70%訂金。
- 於預定住宿日七至九日前告知，可退還50%訂金。
- 於預定住宿日四至六日前告知，可退還40%訂金。
- 於預定住宿日二至三日前告知，可退還30%訂金。
- 於預定住宿日一日前告知，可退還20%訂金。
- 於預定住宿日當日告知或怠於通知者，恕不退還已付之訂金。
- 更改住房日期：請於住宿日14天前中午12:00之前來電通知改期或保留(半年內為限)。
- 如未依規定時間告知，則依取消訂房規定辦理。
- ＊如遇天候不佳或天災水患等不可抗力因素，道致航空司或船公司宣佈停航，可申請退費或延期。若導致滯留澎湖，續住住宿 費用將以房價8折計算。
