四樓兩人房- 夏悅旅店座落在馬公市區內，民宿在2010年6月裝潢完成正式營業，因位於市區內的優越位置加上平實的價格與全新裝潢的優勢，對於旅遊型或商務型客人，都提供一處位於市區內（不需要夜晚還使用交通工具），寧靜（每一樓曾只有兩個房間）與質感極佳的住宿選擇。
- 夏悅一樓為接待大廳，以幾何線條的家具裝飾深邃的大廳，輔以明亮與空間光影遊戲的燈光配置，讓房客可在這裡閒聊或用餐。二樓以上則是房間區，每個樓層僅僅兩個房間，可以必免過多房客互相干擾，房間裝潢走的是現代精品旅館設計的主流：簡約實用風，這一股從北歐興起的設計風格成為許多精品旅館的主流設計，房間從壁櫥到電視櫃，從牆板裝飾到床架設計，都以舒適為前提，而以簡約與亮麗色調為主風格。如果你是需要住宿在市區內或想省去租車費用，想要比較隱蔽與寧靜又能堅固現代感的住宿點，夏悅旅店是很不錯的選擇！
