• 訂房須知：
  • 請房客於電話預約或線上訂房後三個銀行工作日內，以匯款或ATM轉帳方式預付訂金；訂房預付金額為住房總金額的50%，逾時，線上系統將自動取消訂房，請注意。
  • 在7天內取消訂房(含更改天數及房間數)恕不退還訂金。【自住宿日起算】
  • 在8天到14天內取消訂房者，可退訂金30％或可換名（將保留訂金3個月，逾時視同放棄）
  • 在15天前取消訂房者，可退訂金50％或可換名（將保留訂金3個月，逾時視同放棄）
  • 如遇天候不良，航空公司宣佈停航，或天災、水患等無法前來，可退訂金或延期。
  • 因颱風而交通受阻必須續住，此期間住宿一律給予五折優惠。

• 住宿須知：
  • 進房時間：下午3點後/退房時間：上午11點前
  • 為維護其他旅客權益，請勿攜帶寵物入室內
  • 為維護空氣品質，室內全面禁止吸菸
  • 民宿全面禁止酗酒及其他不法行為，經勸導無效將由當地派出所處理
  • 為求隱私退房前民宿不會主動為您清理房間(若有需要請告知)
  • 響應節能減碳，不主動提供拋棄式盥洗用具，外出時請關閉房內電器用品
  • 為維護住宿品質，晚上11點後，室內勿嬉戲喧鬧及民宿外活動請放低音量
  • 民宿旁的海邊活動，應有民宿人員陪同，並自備防晒及戲水用品
  • 戲水返回時，民宿外有清洗區，請自行清理後再入室內
  • 民宿內外設備經主人用心佈置，請房客愛惜使用
  • 貴重物品應自行妥善保管，民宿不負保管之責
  • 外出時，將鑰匙放至櫃檯交給民宿人員，避免出遊遺失
  • 不依規定超出住房人數，加收500元，每房限增加1人為限

  • 民宿各房間都有小冰箱，另有冷凍櫃免費提供房客使用，如釣客的魚獲及旅客的冷凍物品
  • 免費提供脫水機、烘乾機、飲水機、腳踏車、望遠鏡使用
  • 接待大廳備有簡易料理台，提供沖泡式咖啡、澎湖在地茗茶(風茹茶包)及小點心
  • 民宿提供櫃檯內行李暫放區，方便住客因退房而行程未結束，行李無處放之困擾
  • 尋寶。經由民宿人員提醒或口頭透露房間內某處有寶盒，經房客尋找而獲得一份精美紀念品

  • 農曆初一或十五前後二、三天，是潮差較大的日子，免費潮間帶及生態景觀之體驗
