- 這裡有寬闊的休憩庭園，慵懶的午後，讓您輕鬆享受與三五好友的夏日悠閒情境。每當風起，水庫邊璉漪輕輕飄起與成群白鷺翩翩起舞，當夜晚來臨時，月亮點燈；滿天星星，寧靜夏夜徐風輕輕吹起，疲憊的身心漸漸輕鬆～忘卻都市吵雜繁榮！
- 初夏水岸的優閒情境，一定要您親自前來細細品嚐與親身體驗～在這裡不用擔心時間流逝 可以完全放鬆是一個美好不受暄擾的住宿環境 。
- 訂房需知：
- 定價：農曆春節
- 假日：周五～週六、國定例假日、暑假
- 平日：週日~週四
- 為維護舒適的睡眠品質，如需加人請事先來電告知，酌收600元(附盥洗用具與寢具)
- 如未事先告知，加人每人酌 收1,000元。
- 貴客外出時請將房內電器用品關閉，並將房門上鎖,貴重物品請小心保管，若有遺失，民宿不予理賠。
- 為維護住宿品質與其他房客權益，請勿攜帶寵物入內，懇請您勿在房內吸煙、喝酒、嚼檳榔、大聲喧嘩與從事賭博等行為。(戶外庭院備有煙灰缸，戶外空間提供寵物寄放)
- 延期住宿：住宿前兩週先告知。
- 延期住宿：如遇天災 (颱風、地震) 經澎湖縣政府或旅客所在地政府發佈停止上班上課，將可辦理全額退費或保留訂金三個月，並於期限內擇期住宿。
- 取消訂房：予住宿前14日前辦理退款者，民宿退訂金100%，13~10日前退款訂金70%，9~7日前退款訂金50%，6~4日前退款訂金40%，3~2日前退款訂金30%，1日前退款訂金20%，住宿當日取消訂房則恕不退還。
- 預約訂房：預約客房請先電話訂房，預約匯款時間，併於48小時內匯款訂金，訂金為房價的百分之三十，時間內未完成匯款，將自動取消訂房，不另行通知，若匯款完成請來電告知。
- 當日住宿因個人因素無法前來或訂房數、住房天數的更改，訂金恕不退還。 住宿須知：
- 確認房間後，請注意住宿人數切勿超過訂房設定之人數。
- 房價均附贈中式早餐，客房內均裝設冷氣。
- 進房時間：下午三點以後／ Check-in Time ：after 15：00PM
- 退房時間：上午十一點以前／ Check-out Time ：before 11：00AM
- 民宿提供暫寄行李服務
- 客房設備：
- 提供毛巾、浴巾、沐浴乳、洗髮精、牙刷、牙膏。
- 協助安排汽機車租賃以及旅遊行程規劃服務、旅遊咨詢。
- 公共區域有頂樓觀景處、前後休憩庭院、BBQ自助烤肉區。
- 特殊需求：
- 住宿均附早餐。
- 禁止攜帶寵物。
- 室內全面禁止酒、吸煙、嚼檳榔。
- 貴重物品應自行保管，外出時請隨身攜帶，如有遺失情況發生恕不予理賠。
- 請愛惜房內外各項設施，退房後房內設施如有損壞或遺失將照價賠償。
- 如須承租汽車或機車，請記得攜帶您的駕照。
- 因為澎湖當地人就寢時間較早，在每日清晨08：00前及晚間22：00後，請勿高聲談話，以免打擾到其他房客及鄰居的休息。
