- 凱琳會館民宿分一二館，民宿老闆以五星飯店等級規格設計民宿，從大廳內豪華氣派的水晶吊燈開啟，民宿在所有餐桌椅，床架櫃具桌椅擺設，衛浴設施與建材一律採取五星級飯店標準，是澎湖極少數硬體設備直逼高價飯店，卻為平價民宿風格的住宿點。

- 訂房時間：早上 08:30 至晚上 23:30、並說明住宿日期、人數。
- 平、假日定義：
- 旺季：每年４月１５日～１０月１５日。
- 淡季：每年１０月１６日～４月１４日（農曆春節除外），淡季不分平假日，無續住折扣。
- 平日：星期一至星期四。
- 假日：星期五、星期六、星期日、國定假日及連續假日。

- 經本民宿確認訂房後，請於三日內，以匯款或轉帳方式支付房價３０％作為訂金，若未完成匯款，恕不保留客房，我們將把住宿權利留給需要的旅客。
- 匯款人請務必保留匯款或轉帳之收據，並於匯款後以電話告知本民宿，帳號後５碼、金額、姓名、住房時間、經確認款項入帳後，始完成訂房之程序。
- 本民宿不提供加床服務。
- 確認入住房型，若更改日期，務請於兩個星期前告知。
- 因不可抗力或其他不可歸責於雙方當事人之事由，至本民宿無法履行者，本民宿即無息返還旅客已支付之全部訂金。

- 住宿規範：
- 住宿旅客請於下午 15:00 辦理住宿登記，上午 12:00 前退房。
- 入住時請出示國民身份證，以便辦理住宿登記。辦理登記的同時，也請您將住宿費用一併繳交。( 行李可寄放 )。
- 早餐供應時間是 7:30 ~ 10:30 ( 可配合顧客需求而調整早餐時間 )。
- 住宿人數以不超過原人數為原則，若超過原訂房人數者，本民宿有權拒絕您的住宿。
- 民宿請勿在室內吸煙、嚴禁酗酒、轟趴、嗑葯，一經發現，絕對報警處理。
- 大廳為共同使用空間，使用後請保持清潔，書報雜誌等物品閱畢請歸回原處，私人物品勿留置大廳 內大廳設有飲水機、咖啡，請多加利用。
- 為配合本縣低碳島政策，本民宿不主動提供盥洗用具，敬請自備。
- 請勿任意移動室內擺設、在室內使用瓦斯爐或電磁爐等危險物品。並請勿在房間內及陽台，烹煮食物或烤肉。
- 離開房間請隨手將房門鎖上 ( 貴重物品請自行小心保管 )，並將房卡交由櫃檯保管，退房時請物必繳回房卡。
- 早上 09:00 前、晚上 22:30 後請勿大聲喧嘩，以免影響其他旅客及週遭鄰居安寧。
- 續住將不主動更換床被單、枕套，如有需要請告知。
- 房間內請脫鞋並置於鞋櫃內，換穿室內拖鞋，室內拖鞋請物穿至室外。
