    • 阿東雖然是外燴辦桌起家,但是他餐廳的菜餚料理並不會太粗糙,加上份量十足,絕對足以應付一桌客人撐漲肚子,加上海鮮也講究新鮮,因此成了澎湖人當地宴餐的熱門餐廳,這兩年也慢慢有遊客聞香下馬。

      • 澎湖外燴辦桌第一道菜鐵定是冷盤,阿東的冷盤是生魚片、生蚵、涼拌干貝等,生蚵十分新鮮美味,涼拌干貝酸甜開胃。
    • 清蒸石斑:
      • 阿東的石斑常會使用野生的石斑,魚肉鮮美有彈性,湯頭中有淡淡的枸杞味道。但是要詢問價格,野生石斑價格不斐。
    • 龍蝦三明治:
      • 不要看到名字就覺得只是吐司夾片薄龍蝦肉,阿東的作法是在土司內夾入美乃滋、蕃茄、龍蝦等下去炸,口感獨特。
    • 絲瓜丸子湯:
      • 絲瓜的脆甜拿來煮湯在夏天特別爽口,特別的是他的丸子,是用蝦子肉、花枝等下去混揉做成,丸子本身不但有彈性,還可以讓你咬到這些內料,吃得到真材實料的感動。
    • 花枝丸:
      • 阿東自己有生產線製作花枝丸批發,餐廳用的花枝丸就是拿自己生產的花枝丸,他們的花枝丸應該有加入特殊的粉,吃起來特別有彈性,又可以咬到一小塊一小塊的花枝,金黃色的花枝丸沾點胡椒粉,入口都可以聞到海洋的味道。
