- 清香小吃部座落在”高貴”的三民路海鮮街，在這條以旅行團為主的海鮮餐廳街之中，清香小吃部深得本地人的喜愛，因此即使冬季也仍是高朋滿座的盛況，到了夏季更建議網友要事先預約。清香價位在三民路這條海鮮街上算便宜，以全澎湖海鮮餐廳的價位來說也屬中價位，餐廳海鮮料理細緻，當日海鮮新鮮度與價位CP值甚高，加上菜色大盤，可以把客人餵得飽飽，所以口碑在本地不脛而走。
- 清香並沒有固定的菜色，店外頭的池槽內當日有什麼海鮮進貨，你就可以和老闆討論怎麼點菜，海鮮都是池槽內現抓現煮能保持新鮮美味。建議點菜方式為先決定一個價位，4人內約1200、6人以上約2000起跳，然後跟老闆去挑海鮮，請老闆也給些建議，挑好你要的菜色後再請老闆幫你稍微算一下價格有無落在你要的區間內即可。建議一桌4000就可以當極限了，大哥結婚在此宴請女方，一桌4000就都有龍蝦與石班及紅蟳，不用喊高價。

- 石老魚高麗菜酸：
- 這道菜是澎湖的傳統菜餚，高麗菜酸獨特的酸勁加上魚肉的鮮甜是極佳的搭配，我就很愛吃這道菜，煮湯也可以更棒，但因為通常都已經點了紅蟳粥，所以這道菜我都請老闆處理成清蒸。
