- 朵拉的老闆娘是一位七年級生，平常都會煮許多好吃的菜色給自己最愛的老公，為了圓兩人一同努力與創業的夢想，她將這些自己所煮的菜色，透過開店的方式分享給愛吃美食的各位。
- 進到了朵拉，會被牆上的壁畫所吸引，這一些壁畫都是老闆娘自己畫的，而每一個畫的背後都是有很深很深的故事喔，當然也包含了她與他的老公兩個人愛的故事。
- 朵拉是一間保證不使用味精，亨調方式堅持少油少鹽以及不販售炸物類套餐的餐館，使用健康低鈉鹽以減少鈉的攝取量，所使用油品為得意的一天單元葵花油(不飽和脂肪酸油品) ，並堅持使用龜甲萬純釀造醬油而不使用便宜大桶的化學醬油，使用水為煮沸過之麥飯石活礦水。
- 朵拉的菜單名稱非常有趣，例如：朵拉我還要這一道菜，其實是平常老闆娘每次作的時候，因為老公太愛吃了，都會說：老婆我還要～。後來老闆娘就將這道菜取名為朵拉我還要。
- 由於目前整間店只有老闆娘一位，要負責所有的事情，因此，每天他所製作的套餐數量不會很多，所謂限量是殘酷的，各位若是有特別想吃某一道菜的話，建議要提早前往或是打電話跟老闆娘說一聲，要不然可能會撲個空
- 朵拉的套餐包含：開胃小菜、主餐、四種配菜還有湯與飲料，價格上又非常的便宜，是一間C/P不錯的店家。
