    • 2002年以前,老闆在台灣與澎湖各地的餐廳擔任過廚師,2002年時,他決定回到自己的故鄉-澎湖,開設一間屬於自己的海鮮餐廳,並且將自己專長的澎湖海鮮與川菜的美味與所有人分享,於是他與老婆共同開了巧廚樓川菜海鮮餐廳。
    • 從名字就可以發現巧廚樓與澎湖其他的海鮮不同之處,那就是除了海鮮的食材外,川菜的美食也是巧廚樓的強項之一,因此,來到這邊可以結合兩種不同的菜色,吃出最棒、最特別的一頓美食。
    • 用餐空間分為一樓與二樓,一共110個位子。

    • 生魚片、河豚皮:巧廚樓會依照當季最新鮮、最適合做生魚片的魚材做為生魚片,因此,不同時間去吃生魚片,能吃到不同口感的魚。至於河豚皮亦是店內熱門的菜色之一,處理過程非常複雜,吃起來的口感脆脆、QQ的。
    • 鳳梨蝦球:巧廚樓的蝦球特別之處在於他們在製作過程中有加入柳橙,所以當蝦球進到嘴巴時,柳橙、鳳梨的水果香結合蝦子的鮮,沒有一下子整盤的蝦球就被吃完啦。
    • 檬汁小卷:店內的招牌菜之一,小卷管的處理要先炸過,然後結合餐廳的獨門醬汁。吃起來的口感,你不會有炸的過硬的口感,而是外面有彈性的口感,內部卻是非常的軟。味道的部分則因為醬汁的影響,非常的入口。值得推薦的好菜之一。
    • 椒麻雞:除了海鮮之外,巧廚樓的川菜也是非常有名,這一套椒麻雞就是道地的川菜口味,吃起來絕對是又辣又嘛。喜歡吃辣的朋友千萬不要錯過。

    • 炒大蛤:巧廚樓的大蛤是澎湖道地的野生大蛤,別的地方可是吃不到的喔。這道菜也是澎湖人道地的家常小菜之一。
    • "石老"頭酸菜:利用澎湖土生土長的高麗菜,醃製製作成酸菜之一結合澎湖的石"石老"魚,兩者配合起來的口感,酸菜的酸結合魚的鮮,這也是澎湖道地的家常菜之一。
    • 川味晒肉:巧廚樓川菜的招牌菜之一,廚師的刀工很好,將小黃瓜切成一長片結合五花肉再加上獨門的醬汁,是許多人來到巧廚樓必點的菜色之一。
    • 蟹黃麵疙瘩:麵疙瘩是澎湖傳統的食物之一,巧廚樓的麵疙瘩是我吃過最好吃的一家,麵疙瘩非常的有彈性,很Q。裡面的食材非常豐富,包含:小管、蚵、蟹腿、鮮魚肉、蝦仁、狗母魚丸等,此外,最讓我感到特別的是他放了蟹黃膏當作湯底,讓整個當喝起來甜甜的,真的是令我印象深刻。
    • 干貝醬:巧廚樓本身也有製作干貝醬,主要的食材是丁香魚加上干貝、小管干、蝦米。老闆娘告知,巧廚樓的干貝醬與其他家最大的差別就是料多實在,整罐幾乎滿滿的都是食材。絕對讓你吃的滿意、吃得開心。口味有分小、中、大辣,一罐250元,十罐以上宅配免運費。
