- 介紹：
- 這家早餐店在文康街營業已經超過20年，由軍中退伍的阿明和他的太太聯手經營，初期主要是賣些簡單的飯麵，但是生意一直清淡，直到有次老闆在參加澎湖當地辦桌的喜宴後，突發靈感想把澎湖人辦桌文化中必有的刈包（澎湖人台語唸法是”雨燒包”）給發楊光大，於是以其在軍中專精滷肉的底子加上創意研發，意外地以刈包在文康街打響了知名度，生意於開始轉好，上門的老饕日益增加。
- 這家店是板主回澎湖都會去光顧的店家，食物不在話下，重要的是老闆娘待人非常和善，會親切地跟你閒聊，老板的小孩看起來約莫小學年紀，但是平常就會很溫順地在店內幫忙，在店內用餐都可以感覺到他們一家人感情濃烈。

- 這是他們的招牌，五花肉滷得軟爛，滷汁味道香濃卻不膩，白胖的刈包皮裹著入味的五花肉，看著滷汁慢慢滲透到刈包白胖的皮上，讓刈包皮外白內呈滷汁黃，看起來就很有飽足感
- 肉羹：
- 純菜質的肉羹，清爽的口味及鮮嫩的豬肉，僅大白菜、紅蘿蔔絲、筍絲及大骨湯一起熬煮，使得湯頭在夏天喝起來也一點不會油膩
- 冬粉肉：
