- 風能，澎湖的藍色金礦，每年冬季東北季風期長達5個月，夏季西南氣流引進的海洋風力也有3至6級風力標準，澎湖地勢平坦，海岸線遼闊且長年缺乏經濟產業支柱，土地貧瘠又人口外移，一直在追尋足以支撐澎湖經濟命脈的產業，直到科技進步造就風能技術與產業發展的規模化，澎湖也開始嗅到屬於自己的經濟力量，就是風能。風的事業到底可以走多遠多廣呢？澎湖縣政府積極籌組風能公司，倡議全民入股概念，打造澎湖為能源產能過剩足以外銷的能源輸出區域，這一步一腳印總有許多荊棘得突破，也有許多問號需要像全民解說，整理縣府提供的各項風能公司資訊與數據，提供所有網友閱讀與思索澎湖風能事業的現在過去與未來之路。
