- 天空格子民宿就是在ptt與沿著菊島旅行網站享有盛名與口碑的博明租車公司2011年新代表作，博明租車擁有澎湖新而龐大的車隊，2008成立精美旅行社提供完善旅遊代辦，2008年海洋格子民宿以便宜卻高質感的口碑打響品牌形象，2011年天空格子再度以氣派而舒適且廉價的住宿條件進軍澎湖住宿業。
- 天空格子民宿歷時3年才正式完工，慢工出細活，民宿主人不疾不徐的態度，正是為了打造一間質感與合理價位表現突出的家庭團體式住宿空間，老闆找來了頂尖設計師，為民宿大房間設計了一整套海洋與年輕風格的裝潢設計，走的是鮮豔藍色調性的海洋風，以及年輕化的圖騰，整棟民宿會充滿年輕人活潑的屬性。

- 乾濕分離的衛浴設施可以讓衛浴空間保持乾燥與衛生。多套衛浴空間的提供，讓即使住宿在6人房型以上的家庭也不會有排隊沐浴的窘態發生，每日出門前也無需要早起排隊梳妝打扮，多套衛浴空間可以降低多人房型的不便。以澎湖風景包括：海堤漁船、西瀛虹橋、中屯風車等大幅照片裝飾整面牆壁，強烈凸顯出澎湖民宿的特色，讓每個住宿在房間內的房客都可以感受到澎湖風情跟房間裝潢結合的美感。以澎湖風景畫及色調彩繪與LED燈裝飾，讓每個房間擁有獨立的光影色調，視覺美感變得豐富，不是沈硬的灰泥建築色調。包含蔚藍系列、陽光紅系列、天人菊橘色系列各式光源設計都讓房間色調變得更豐富。

- 戶外庭園燈將於晚上11:00關閉。
- 嚴禁攜帶寵物入內，並請勿於室內吸煙、打麻將，以免影響其他住宿旅客。
- 除室內提供之拋棄式盥洗用具外，其它物品請勿帶走；為響應環保，歡迎自備盥洗用具。
- 請勿任意移動室內擺設(如床舖)。
- 請勿在室內使用瓦斯爐或電磁爐等危險物品，並請隨手關燈及節約用水。
