    • 清晨08:00前及晚間23:00後，請勿高聲談話喧嘩，避免擾鄰。同時為維持住宿品質，若喧鬧不止，屢勸無效，本民宿可要求房客立即退房，恕不退還房費
    • 民宿所屬物品，例，衣架、毛巾、浴巾、牙刷架、拖鞋、吹風機、杯子、托盤、電熱壺、植栽、裝飾佈置用品等等，請勿帶離
    • 為維護住宿品質，請勿在民宿內抽煙及嚼檳榔（含樓梯間、電梯與房間）
    • 請珍惜地球資源節約用水，並愛護一切用品及設備，如有損壞，請依市價賠償
    • 因考量部分房客可能會對寵物過敏，請勿攜帶寵物入住，若自行攜帶寵物入住者，將拒絕住宿，恕不退還訂金
    • 退房時，請將所有行李清點清楚，以免遺落
    • 住房當日遇颱風、地震等不可抗拒因素時（以氣象局發布或民宿所在地縣市政府頒布狀況「停止上班上課」為判定準則），以致無法順利住房，訂房者可依本民宿規定變更住房日期或退費處理之。待民宿確認無誤後，可辦理「保留住宿權益」或酌收銀行手續費NT$100為作業手續費用，餘款退予訂房者
    • 若因遇颱風，交通受阻，導致旅客無法離開，滯留期間，住宿費以5折計算
    • 貴重的物品請千萬小心保管，因若有遺失的情況發生，是不予理賠的
