  • 玄武岩之美，一個充滿在地直覺特色的民宿名字，也正恰如其份地表現民宿主人追求在地純樸民風與檢約溫馨的經營理念，這是一間座落在東文社區的民宿，在華麗當道的民宿風格中顯得寧靜，但卻更像間踏踏實實的民宿，房價不貴，地理位置極佳，少少的房間乾淨舒爽，居家風格的迎賓氣氛，這就是玄武岩之美！
  • 民宿座落在東文社區，鄰近熱鬧的祖師廟市集，宵夜不怕沒地方祭五葬廟，越來越熱鬧的百世多麗飯店商圈聚集了夜市火鍋及達美樂，三間小七，生活機能滿分！距離市區也只需要八分鐘到十分鐘車程，走北環或湖西或南環都十足便捷，這是地利位置很棒的一間民宿！
  • 玄武岩之美有雙人房，四人房與五人房型，房間數不多可以避免吵雜的住宿環境，中型團體或家族包棟下來最為適合，房間儉樸但一應俱全，簡單來說玄武岩之美民宿就是溫馨但便宜的投宿環境！

  • ☆進房時間為下午3點；退房時間為上午10點以前。非住房時間，可將行李寄放於櫃台。
  • ☆住房人數：本民宿不提供加床服務，超過人數部份收每人每天300元水電費。
  • ☆房務整理：續住如需打掃房間，請在出門時將鑰匙放於櫃台上。
  • ☆房間內設施請愛惜使用，若有損壞或遺失，請照市價賠償。
  • ☆浴巾為民宿用品，請勿攜出，並請勿丟置於地上使用，如需購買請洽櫃台。（120元/條）
  • ☆本民宿全面禁煙及嚼檳榔，違者加收500元之清潔費。
  • ☆接送服務：住宿提供免費機場（馬公港）接送，單日住宿僅提供接或送乙次
  • ☆為支持環保，即日起不再提供拋棄式盥洗用具及用品；另外，房內提供瓶裝水每人一瓶，用完後請自行至民宿一樓客廳，使用飲水機填充，以減少垃圾量。
  • ☆可回收之瓶罐請放於垃圾筒旁，方便分類處理。離開房間，請隨手關閉冷氣及電燈。
  • ☆晚上十點後，勿於走道上大聲交談影響其它房客休息權益，請使用房內電話直播房號聯絡。
  • ☆櫃台分機111，如遇老闆趴趴走不在家，請打手機0938370793聯絡。
  • ☆民宿內提供無線上網，如訊號不佳，可向櫃台洽借網路線使用。
