    • 滿客舍民宿，是為了熱愛自助及各地背包客們量身打造的背包客棧，民宿主人鄭大哥是道地澎湖人，在台北教英文二十餘年萌生了退休之意，想帶著全家大小返回澎湖居住，想讓自己的家鄉在旅遊版圖上發光發熱，於是開始打造夢想中的平價背包民宿，為了提供最安全舒適的環境，不惜投入百萬元整修，並取得合法民宿執照，更再持續申請世界背包的資格，盼望能用自己微薄的力量，吸引更多外國觀光客不在因為語言的隔閡，能夠體會澎湖的風景與人心之美。
    • 民宿內有著許多鄭大哥精心在世界各地挑選的古董家具，絕不會因為平價而忽略了住宿品質，在這裡有雙人房與上下床位提供選擇，在歐美風行的背包客棧內總是一個房間內居住了來自世界各地的旅行者，大家共同分享旅行中的回憶及趣味，這正是鄭大哥想提供給旅人們另一種旅行的意義。
    • 每個房間內設有可上鎖的置物櫃，無須擔心東西被竊取，而民宿內也有分男生樓層與女生樓層，在訂房時可以與民宿主人們確認唷！
    • 當您遇到國外友人想自助旅行，卻擔心語言的隔閡，別擔心請他們寫信給民宿主人吧！擁有二十餘年英文教學經驗的鄭大哥英文可是一把溜，他也會提供外國朋友們最道地的旅遊導覽解說，可以請外國友人們用Mail與民宿主人訂房或提供旅行意見，相信會得到相當詳細的解說唷！

    • 訂房請告知人數，聯絡方式，是否提供租車資訊或代客租車服務
    • 傳送您的訂房需求後，但未在24小時內收到訂房確認書，請再次聯絡，(有可能未收的你的訂房資訊)
    • 訂房後請於七天內匯總房款之50％訂金至指定帳戶
    • 匯款後，取消訂房可延後三個月使用
    • 匯款後，請以電話mail等方式告知匯款資料
    • 入住日前一天, 務必以電話/email再確認您的訂房
    • 您的訂房將會被保留到您的入住日當日下午5點, 除非你有事先告知將會延遲入住
    • 匯款或轉帳後請告知匯款日期、匯款人、帳號後六碼以便查收，款項經確認後會保留訂房，逾期未匯款將自動取消訂房、不另行通知
    • 住客退房當日如欲延後退房 (late check-outs)，如情況許可， 民宿斟酌收取延置退房費 (late check-outs fee)
    • 住客如欲延長住宿時間(extended stays)， 須於退房日的前一天告知，如情況許可，方可行之。延長住宿的收費為一般費率打九折(但此優惠折扣只適用於原訂房天數4(或以上)者)
  • 退訂規定：
    • 入住日前7天，可免費取消或變更您的訂房
    • 入住日前1~6天，取消全部訂房者，必須支付取消費，取消費的金額等於您第一天的住宿費)。取消部分訂房者，取消費的金額等於您取消的住宿費
    • 入住日當日才取消訂房者，或沒取消訂房也沒入住者(no show)，取消費的金額等於您已付的全額訂金
    • 歡迎索取住宿支出証明
    • 住宿如遇不可抗拒的天災因素(以政府公告為主)因而取消行程，訂金扣手續費一百元後退還餘額
