- 乘客需在登船前60分鐘，至碼頭船公司辦理報到劃位手續，若未在60分鐘前辦理者，船公司將不負責保留船位。
- 具法定優惠身分旅客，搭船需備妥證明文件，以利查驗。

- 本年（97年）四月份起，台南安平←→澎湖馬公航線開航時間為每週五、六、日 、一等四天，每天往返各一航次，其他週一至週四為加班航班。（航班時間為安平→馬公09：00開航；馬公→安平16：00開航）。
- 首航期間特惠活動：優惠票種限全票優惠票價之50％。優惠期間為3月29日（安平→馬公10：00時開航）至3月30日（馬公→安平16：00時開航）。
- 加班船消息：97年4月15日當日加開往返航次：安平→馬公09：00；馬公→安平13：00。
