    • 二崁民宿第一代主人為二崁社區協進會理事長陳進時先生，對二崁傳統聚落發展出錢出力，陳進時對二崁社區非常瞭解，更研發出二崁杏仁茶，也是美食專家，所以住宿二崁民宿可以跟他請益非常多的澎湖文化知識，更可以切磋廚藝呢！
    • 第二代主人則是陳進時的好朋友嘉業，年輕有為跟著陳進時進駐二崁，幾年下來不但對二崁也瞭如指掌，更一肩擔下二崁民宿三個館區的事務，一手規劃2008年二崁民宿新館也正式誕生！
    • 二崁民宿本身為澎湖傳統古厝改裝，屬於澎湖傳統住屋結構，並加入現代生活器物，住得傳統又可以住得舒服。二崁民宿所在的二崁社區有看不完的古厝，賞不完的古物，玩兩天絕對還不過癮。
    • 二崁民宿正是座落於文建會推動的二崁文化保存聚落內，全村五十餘戶中有三、四十間閩南式古厝建築，一家一博物館發展成一個充滿地方特色與文化意涵的博物館聚落。二崁民宿本身雖是充滿古色古香的老建築，但是民宿內裝潢著現代的家具與寢具，融合現在生活所需要的便利元素。
