  • 微風民宿分五福路新館及馬公市區館兩棟建築，五福新館提供雙人至四人房住宿，馬公市區館則以通鋪為主。
  • 微風民宿於2004年對外營業，初期以交通便利的馬公館為主，提供大通舖房間，以便宜的價格滿足需要減輕旅費負擔的學生族群，馬公館以原木地板鋪設床墊，提供獨套衛浴設施，交通便利，步行至市區逛街或南海遊客服務中心搭船都極為便捷。後期五福新館加入營運，五福新館為全新整理的別墅型民宿，庭院有花園造景，可預約烤肉野炊，五福新館以雙人房及四人房為主，強調隱密、輕鬆與寬敞的住宿空間。
  • 新館房間以原木調性為主，地板為原木鋪設，提供彈簧床與獨立衛浴，一樓大廳有交誼廳可歡唱卡拉OK，並有廚房可讓遊客自行前往市區採購食材，在民宿內大展廚藝。
  • 微風民宿提供遊客行程安排與諮詢，如需要使用機車，民宿亦提供數量機車可供房客租借使用。
