- 位置：距離馬公市中心步行約5至8分鐘路程

- 南海遊客服務中心位在南海碼頭，有分新棟與舊棟兩棟建築，主要做為前往南海旅遊的遊客臨時休息之用，以及提供南海快艇業者售票處設置。一般遊艇業者不少會直接在室外搭臨時的攤位販售快艇船票，所以站友可不要只在遊客服務中心內找售票人員囉！南海碼頭的遊客大多來也匆匆去也匆匆，但是夏季澎湖天氣酷熱難耐，不妨進入遊客服務中心休息。
