    • 偌大的店面、幾張小桌椅,卻蘊含了老板的心血及家鄉美味。宋老闆原本是公務員,自8年前辭職並接下姐姐的小舖牛肉麵店後,以從小訓練出來的煮麵功夫,秉持務實的精神,強調手工、新鮮、重質不重量等,真實重現大陸北方麵食的精華。
    • 小舖牛肉麵非常重視真材實料以及限量供應,以一定數量的純手工水餃及自製滷味,當天售完為止,避免隔天繼續販售;湯頭、麵食材料經過謹慎選擇及熬煮,一點也不馬虎。加上宋老闆的侃侃而談,你可以從一碗麵、老闆與隔壁桌老顧客的詼諧言談當中,了解到宋老闆是如何認真看待這個過程及每一位客人。
