    • 如遇天候不良，航空或船運公司宣佈停航，或天災、水患等無法前來，可退費或延期。
    • 如純屬個人因素當天無法到達者恕不退費。(若因颱風接近台灣， 影響天候但未造成飛機輪船停航，旅客要求退房，係屬個人行為，恕不退還訂金。)
