- （1）施放日期確定為：2012年4月18日至6月24日
- （2）今年已經提早確認6月會延放1個月至月底
- （3）仍於每週一及每週四晚上9點施放15分鐘（開閉幕20分鐘）
- （4）施放地點暫訂仍為馬公市區內的觀音亭
- （5）今年施放範圍規劃拉長至海堤區（往年為西瀛虹橋上空）
- （6）今年規劃花火施放前除觀音亭舞台區外會有市區內另一小型表演區

- 看花火與參加夜釣小管的衝突性：
- 以前花火是晚上8點30分施放，6點出海夜釣小管會來不及回到觀音亭看，9點出海夜釣小管通常船老大會等一下遊客，所以出海沒問題！今年預定9時施放到9時15分，6點出海夜釣的可以來得及回來看花火，不過以往9點出海的夜釣小管勢必得9點半左右才可以出海，回到民宿飯店約凌晨12點！這點提醒大家
