  • 黑糖糕：
    • 去澎湖一定吃過帶著濃郁黑糖香氣，軟中帶Q的黑糖糕，一定會帶幾盒自己食用或餽贈親友，黑糖糕是澎湖人從前逢年過節或者祭祖時準備的，現在化身澎湖觀光名產。
  • 冬瓜糕：
    • 冬瓜糕外形類似車輪餅的造型，酥酥的外皮有太陽餅的口感，軟軟的冬瓜餡加上麥芽咬起來口感綿密紥實，冬瓜餡口味清香不甜膩，小時候中秋節的月餅就是冬瓜糕。
  • 鹹餅：
    • 切成長方狀，咬起來酥脆，落得一地餅屑，豬油香味中帶點胡椒嗆，這就是澎湖打響知名度的地方特產──鹹餅。也是每位遊客來澎湖購買當作伴手禮的土產。




干貝醬：
  • 干貝醬的製作，油炸干貝及蝦米等相關材料，主要是讓乾料水分濾乾，至於干貝海鮮醬的辣度則取決於使用的辣椒種類，大辣使用的是朝天椒、小辣則用普通大辣椒

鹹小管

切些辣椒片、蒜頭、將小管稍微泡水去除鹹味，一起熱鍋炒，這是很普遍的烹煮方式，除了鹹小管本身因泡水而稍微去除鹹分以外，辣椒跟蒜頭的香氣也會讓小管更具風味。

風茹茶
  • 現在的風茹草都是種植的比較大株，小時候站長去野地拔的風茹草比較小株，但是香氣很夠，一小株就可以煮出很香很香的風茹茶，種植的因為刻意澆水，長得比較大株，味道反而沒那麼香。
  • 推薦中正路上正港檸檬汁的風茹茶，這是站長唯一確定是野生風茹草下去煮的
