- 簡史：
約一百年前，唐山木殼船乙艘，於西嶼海域發生海難沉沒，大池先民至海邊撿拾漂流物，其中一人拾獲玄天上帝神像，攜回家供奉，神明顯聖附人體指示，村人建廟供奉。
自始即以籤卦或亂童降壇，讓信徒問卜吉凶。
