    • 每天下午一點左右,一台發財車來到體育館對面停下、擺設,便看主人起油、桿著肉餅、下鍋油炸,隨後肉餅香味四溢,聞香前來的老饕們,一個個猶如老朋友般與主人閒話家常,再心滿意足的帶著肉餅回家,與親友、情人渡過一段充滿肉香的”點心時間”,只是可惜了那些晚一步就買不到的客人們。
    • 這是開業十多年的謝家肉餅,這十多年來,創店元老謝伯伯每天不畏風雨,與老伴攜手賣出不計其數的肉餅,他們的親切、健談,更是為肉餅加分的元素之一。附近馬公高中及馬公國中的老師們常常購買肉餅犒賞有好表現的學生;三五好友運動後,順便在對面發財車點塊肉餅解饞;就連幼稚園老師也是買肉餅作為學童的點心。十多年了,當年的學生已學業有成,身旁的朋友早已成家立業,謝家肉餅也由謝伯伯夫妻、謝伯伯及女兒,換成女兒及謝伯母經營,女兒更是特地從台灣本島回來繼承家業,著實難得。我問年輕女老闆說謝伯伯怎麼不賣了?她笑笑回答:老人家在車來人往的路旁做生意這麼久,早就耳背了,而且越來越嚴重,乾脆退休,由她這個女兒來接手。儘管人事已遷,唯一不變的是,每一塊肉餅都有謝伯伯長久堅持的手工美味,以及老闆們藉由肉餅與每位客人博感情、用美味肉餅堆砌而成的聯繫橋樑。
  • 推薦理由
    • (一)手工肉餅:謝伯伯堅持手工製作肉餅,豬肉絕非廉價的豬脖子肉,搭配蔥花、胡椒粉調成內餡後,裹上肉餅皮,乍看之下非常像生小籠包,其實把帶餡餅團桿成扁平肉餅,也是一門大學問,一個不小心,內餡可能破皮而出,油炸後更是破壞美觀。老闆們的技術當然是一等一,看那一塊塊金黃色肉餅,外皮厚度適中、有點脆又不會太硬,咬開餅皮後,裡頭的肉餡隨即散發出濃濃的肉香,沾點醬油、辣椒醬佐味,色、香、味無一不全。早期一塊肉餅只要10元,去年八月後因抵擋不了物價上揚的壓力,便調高售價,現在一個12元。也可以向女老闆購買生肉餅團回家自行料理,一個10元,需要自行桿平及油炸,較費工夫就是了,生肉餅以家庭主婦為主要購買族群。
    • (二)熱狗:不像一般市面上販售的大熱狗,謝家所賣的熱狗比較小,當然價格也很親民,一根只要10元。熱狗皮帶點甜味,脆中帶Q,搭配甜番茄醬,會讓人想一根接著一根吃不停。雖然熱狗不大,但作為下午點心,足夠矣。
    • (三)關東煮:有黑輪、貢丸、魚丸、米血等選擇,每根均一價10元。重點在關東煮的湯,僅使用油蔥花,沒有多餘調味,因此喝起來很清甜、兼顧健康。在冬風肆虐下,來份關東煮,喝杯熱湯,身子溫暖,心也溫暖。
