- 最近澎湖越來越多連鎖店或加盟店進駐了，大多集中在[中正路商圈]]，這家桔葉茶舍也趕上這波熱潮，在96年5月30日才剛開幕而已，位置就在康是美藥妝店那條巷子內，非常好找。
- 桔葉茶舍由四位6、7年級生合資經營，都是澎湖當地人，雖說是加盟店，但老闆"們"也加了不少自己的新點子，例如消費滿多少可以跟店長猜拳，勝利即可獲得折價券一張，並配合花火節或各段期間作不同的促銷活動等。夏日炎炎，熱嗎？渴嗎？來到桔葉茶舍，說不定剛好有你喜愛的冷飲在促銷呢！

看見水果了嗎？- 漂亮水果茶使用了八種當季水果及四種果汁調配而成，另外更添加了天然蒟蒻及椰果，果汁非常濃郁，酸酸甜甜的，還可以看見好幾種水果漂浮著。俗話說"天然ㄟ尚讚"，點一杯漂亮水果茶，一邊品嘗酸甜茶香、一邊吃新鮮剛切好的各式水果，既健康又消暑，真是一舉數得。

- 有別於一般冷飲店使用玫瑰花醬泡製玫瑰花茶，桔葉茶舍直接以乾燥玫瑰花泡製，再添加新鮮金桔提味，甜度適中，濃濃的玫瑰花香中帶有一絲不易察覺的金桔味，正所謂"齒頰留香"，是該店賣的最好的人氣茶飲。
