- 大倉踏浪路線：白沙鄉城前村－大倉島
- 距離：2700公尺
- 所需時間：來回約2至3小時
- 生態：珊瑚、海星、各式螺貝
- 帶領業者：大倉渡假村（部分或全程帶領）
- 踏浪時間選擇：
- 可以上中央氣象局網站查當日乾潮時間(指海水退到最低點的時間)，乾潮前後各1.5小時，在這段期間內來回是最保險的，乾潮後1.5小時千萬不要冒險，因為漲潮真的很快，外來客不用說，光是本地人，也有不少在漲潮時來不及返回而發生意外，乾潮前1.5小時出發相對安全，因為行進途中海水慢慢退，所以不會有危險！舉個例子：中央氣象局寫著某日12：00乾潮→踏浪最佳時間為10：30-13：30，可以在9-10點時前往城前看看退潮情形，再決定要不要晚一點再走！危險時間13：30-14：00以後，漲潮速度非常快，絕對不要逞強
