馬路益燒肉飯：　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
  • 燒肉飯：
    • 名氣比較響亮的讚哥燒肉飯，他學過日式料理，所以用日式炸燒的方法處理排骨肉；而馬路益的燒肉則是台式做法，燒肉滷得入味又外皮處理得酥酥的，口感絕對不輸給讚哥燒肉！

七里香鹽酥雞：
  • 鹽酥雞：
    • 七里香的食材就是給人比較新鮮的感覺，這種感覺不只是在視覺上的效果，實際咬起來也特別軟、嫩Q。他的雞屁股跟鹽酥雞是一般顧客必選的，加上很甜的魷魚頭，老闆料理過程有個特色是他會加上蒜頭跟蔥下去爆香，不只是胡椒粉或辣椒粉的嗆味，會有整顆蒜頭跟蔥的香氣，感覺爽口不油膩，很多饕客就是喜歡吃他們的蒜頭。

北甲宮香腸攤：　　
  • 香腸：
    • 這家香腸短而紮實，香腸肉以瘦肉為主，酒香十分濃厚，咬下去香腸肉一塊一塊可以咬得出層次分明的肉塊，不是那種完全攪爛和成一大塊的香腸肉，配點蒜頭，口感極佳。

國軍英雄館前炸粿攤：
  • 炸粿：
    • 將剁碎的高麗菜裝在一個圓形的杓子，再覆滿已經和水的麵粉，上頭最後加上兩隻澎湖特產的狗蝦，一起放到熱油去炸。
國軍英雄館前這家炸粿攤雖然不是澎湖最老的，但是由於現在販賣這類傳統美食的人越來越少，所以這家店成了澎湖少數幾家可讓站長繼續品嚐故鄉美味的來源。

中正路郵局蔥油餅：

  • 蔥油餅：
    • 蔥油餅十分厚實，把蔥油餅的外皮炸得酥脆，餅皮內部仍然咬得出麵皮的彈性。一整張蔥油餅算一份，可以選擇加蛋跟不加蛋。老闆有提供蒜泥跟小黃瓜切絲包著蔥油餅及或蔥油餅蛋。（附註：因為老闆是把整張蔥油餅放到油鍋去煎炸，所以會比較油一點，你可以要求老闆濾油久一點）
