-**這是文康街便宜美味的招牌，五花肉滷得軟爛，滷汁味道香濃卻不膩，白胖的刈包皮裹著入味的五花肉，看著滷汁慢慢滲透到刈包白胖的皮上，讓刈包皮外白內呈滷汁黃，看起來就很有飽足感 +**蔥油餅十分厚實，把蔥油餅的外皮炸得酥脆，餅皮內部仍然咬得出麵皮的彈性。一整張蔥油餅算一份，可以選擇加蛋跟不加蛋。老闆有提供蒜泥跟小黃瓜切絲包著蔥油餅及或蔥油餅蛋。（附註：因為老闆是把整張蔥油餅放到油鍋去煎炸，所以會比較油一點，你可以要求老闆濾油久一點）

馬路益燒肉飯：　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
  • 燒肉飯：
    • 名氣比較響亮的讚哥燒肉飯，他學過日式料理，所以用日式炸燒的方法處理排骨肉；而馬路益的燒肉則是台式做法，燒肉滷得入味又外皮處理得酥酥的，口感絕對不輸給讚哥燒肉！

七里香鹽酥雞：
  • 鹽酥雞：
    • 七里香的食材就是給人比較新鮮的感覺，這種感覺不只是在視覺上的效果，實際咬起來也特別軟、嫩Q。他的雞屁股跟鹽酥雞是一般顧客必選的，加上很甜的魷魚頭，老闆料理過程有個特色是他會加上蒜頭跟蔥下去爆香，不只是胡椒粉或辣椒粉的嗆味，會有整顆蒜頭跟蔥的香氣，感覺爽口不油膩，很多饕客就是喜歡吃他們的蒜頭。

小門阿虹仙人掌冰：
  • 仙人掌冰：
    • 哈！澎湖仙人掌果不知道生長速度跟不跟得上這些仙人掌冰業者的摘採速度！建議不要單獨買仙人掌冰，要買香草或芋頭口味的仙人掌冰，冰淇淋口感的的芋頭加上冰沙口感的仙人掌，酸酸的仙人掌冰加上甜甜的芋頭，這種搭配才是絕配啊！

北甲宮香腸攤：　　
  • 香腸：
    • 這家香腸短而紮實，香腸肉以瘦肉為主，酒香十分濃厚，咬下去香腸肉一塊一塊可以咬得出層次分明的肉塊，不是那種完全攪爛和成一大塊的香腸肉，配點蒜頭，口感極佳。

國軍英雄館前炸粿攤：
  • 炸粿：
    • 將剁碎的高麗菜裝在一個圓形的杓子，再覆滿已經和水的麵粉，上頭最後加上兩隻澎湖特產的狗蝦，一起放到熱油去炸。
國軍英雄館前這家炸粿攤雖然不是澎湖最老的，但是由於現在販賣這類傳統美食的人越來越少，所以這家店成了澎湖少數幾家可讓站長繼續品嚐故鄉美味的來源。

中正路郵局蔥油餅：

  • 蔥油餅：
