  • 小型車後座乘客，一般成人部分未繫安全帶，自101年2月1日起，依法開始取締，違反規定者，處駕駛人新台幣1,500元罰鍰。
  • 計程車駕駛人已盡告知義務，乘客仍未繫安全帶時，處罰該乘客。
  • 小型車附載幼童未依規定安置於安全椅者及後座乘客，兒童部分未繫安全帶，自101年8月1日起，依法開始取締，違反規定者，處駕駛人新台幣1,500元罰鍰。
