    • 這是澎湖民宿發展20年來的里程碑，Enishi Resort Villa緣民宿從普立茲克得主Rem Koolhaas 手上接下來台灣新銳建築大獎賽ADA新銳建築獎首獎的頭銜，得獎的這一刻起，澎湖民宿有了建築的新意含，它是從建築賽脫穎而出的美學與實驗性創意，它是住宿與藝術的結合，它是你可以留下體驗創意與品味的一個夜晚，整整七年的建築工程，劉姐打造了清水模風格的Enishi Resort Villa緣民宿，旅行與建築成為澎湖旅行的新亮點。
    • 2018 年ADA 新銳建築獎首獎Enishi Resort Villa 緣宿整棟以清水混凝土築成，由日本前田紀貞工作室、日本建築師辻真悟，以及台灣謝宗哲、、翁廷楷與陳冠帆共組工作團隊歷時長達近7 年的時間完成。建築保留木板模形體的清水模建築，展現出材質原始的況味，同時呼應了日式侘寂的裸與糙，創造一種沈練的灰。當中庭陽光灑下洗去了清水模的冰冷，整棟建築內部彷彿樂高的自由創作層層疊疊，高低錯落的房間創意來自腦機介面BCI（brain-computer interface，簡稱BCI）儀器偵測劉姐與Enishi 團隊的腦波，轉化4 條並列的腦波線條譜出建築物內部的隔間風格，從結構的技術實驗』找到了『空間形態自由』的註解，這或許是第一座腦波建築。
    • 2020年民宿正式開幕，與沿著菊島旅行結盟加入深入澎湖旅遊聯盟，這是一棟澎湖民宿與建築的藝術品，我們呈獻給想把旅行住宿融入人文記憶的你，每個空間都有陽光與空氣及建築線條的巧思，重視細節的劉姐把每個房間的設計迥異創造驚喜，來自日本免冶馬桶與高級台灣茶葉及日本茶具組，恆溫蓮蓬頭等設備，精品充斥著民宿許多角落，皮雕老師的劉姐也在民宿內提供皮雕教學體驗以及皮雕紀念品創作，也開放非住宿客預約付費參訪，但住宿一晚才是最完美的決定，沿菊與緣民宿結盟將創造更多藝文體驗在Enishi Resort Villa，也將把這棟獲得獎
