| - | **馬公老街民宿，如果把三百年歷史摺成一隻紙飛機，射向空中盤旋幾圈後，極有可能回到原點停靠，一間百年歷史的一落四舉頭古厝，回到原點，用不同的故事與樣貌，它成為中央老街的一棟民宿，走進馬公老街民宿，百年的木櫃還關著老中央街的空氣，200年的石澡盆彷彿還聽得到中央街車馬流動的回音，那百年的花窗還繼續盯著這條有700年歷史的街道，不放過每一秒的時光更迭，老闆一家人世居中央老街300多年，門口這條小巷子正是當年人聲鼎沸的豆芽菜街，潘安邦的外婆也是在這條街上虖著豆芽菜，繁華時有近十戶豆芽菜家舖，老闆的媽媽也是其中一圓，民宿中還有著許多虖豆芽的老照片索引著歷史，民宿主人跟著政府改建中央街的步履，在十幾年前回鄉重建倒塌的老古厝，之後轉型提供民宿服務，簡潔的房間以紅磚仿古裝飾，每一個房間都種滿了陽光，一些房型有著小陽台可以眺望中央街的人來人往，施公祠的屋脊從民宿樓上就可以一覽無遺，這間民宿其實很單純，就是一種古老的現在式，現在的過去式，住在其中有時候覺得現代，有時候有覺得古拙，聽民宿主人說老街故事，住老街才有它的意義在 | ||
