- 給喜愛設計與建築的人一個聚會場所
- 「黑設計屋是送給自已的生日禮物」，「黑」的主人劉姐這樣說。
- 自16歲起劉姐就到臺南讀書、工作，雖然住在臺灣的時間比澎湖還長，但故鄉澎湖的美，與小時候玩伴的種種趣事一直縈繞在記憶裡，每次回澎湖總是有很多的想法，希望能實現，直到52歲那一年，成立的「黑」設計屋。
- 雖然名為設計屋，卻是間旅店。「黑」裡面許多的設計元素都是「廢物再生」的概念所組成，劉姐喜歡從人們不要或被淘汰的東西，重新運用，給它們新生命，你可以從「黑」的空間裡發現許多既熟悉又陌生的創意巧思。劉姐希望在這樣一個空間裡，除了給建築物注入靈魂外，更希望能提供給喜愛設計與建築的人一個聚會場所。。

- 三日內預付50%訂金
- 自住宿日起三日內取消訂房恕不退還訂金。
- ３至７天內取消訂房者，可退訂金３０％（保留期限為6個月），逾期視同放棄。
- 住宿當日逢颱風、地震等不可抗拒因素（以當地縣市政府公告為主）可全額退回訂金或保留6個月。

- 為配合縣政府推行「澎湖低碳島」專案計畫，同房續住不更換床單即給予優惠，每晚可折100元
- 為提倡節能減碳，請自備牙膏牙刷，出門前請隨手關燈關冷氣。
- 免費提供機場至民宿接送，需配合民宿接送時間。
- 住宿一晚只提供單趟接機或送機服務*
- 協助安排汽、機車及旅遊行程規劃諮詢服務。
- 民宿有提供WIFI。
- 1F提供飲水機、公用冰箱。
- 全店優惠項目：住宿房客都會送一份神秘小禮物。
- 注意事項：
- 入住時間為下午三點，退房時間為早上十點(行李可先寄放)
- 為配合鄰近居民的作息安寧，請於晚間11點後放低音量及盡可能防止在戶外活動
