- 位置:本店已經於2015年搬移至同和路上(豐家大飯店與光明派出所中間)
- 營業時間:上午07:00至17:00
- 介紹:這是站長非常喜愛的澎湖傳統食物。
- 米糕炸:
- 就是把米飯煮熟後先放到冰箱冷藏,隔日拿出來拌炒食用沙拉油再下去油炸。
- 炸粿:
- 將剁碎的高麗菜裝在一個圓形的杓子,再覆滿已經和水的麵粉,上頭最後加上兩隻澎湖特產的狗蝦,一起放到熱油去炸。
- 四眼井炸粿攤雖然不是澎湖最老的,但是由於現在販賣這類傳統美食的人越來越少,所以這家店成了澎湖少數幾家可讓站長繼續品嚐故鄉美味的來源。

- 有點類似日本炸飯糰的米糕炸,外表呈現金黃油亮的色澤,米粒放在冰箱隔夜再炸過特別有彈性,加上沙拉油的香氣,不需要任何配料就可以一片一片撐飽肚子。
- 炸粿:
- 高麗菜的甜味,澎湖特有狗蝦的鮮,尤其狗蝦是整隻蝦子帶殼下去炸,咬著脆翠的蝦殼,味道十分海洋,比吃蝦味先或炸蝦捲還能更吃出蝦子原味。
- 米糕炸:
- 提醒:由於這些食物都是油炸品,要趁熱吃比較好吃!
