- 以牛大骨熬煮高湯作為牛肉湯頭,並過濾掉多餘的油脂;採用較高級的牛腱心作為牛肉塊,肉質結實卻又不會太硬太老,輔以翠綠青菜及點點蔥花,濃郁的牛肉香味及甜美的湯頭,讓你齒頰留香。
- 嗆鍋麵(70元):
- 以木耳、高麗菜、紅蘿蔔絲、肉絲、蛋花等酸辣湯材料,經大火炒過後再與麵條一起煮成湯麵,沒有勾芡,也未事先熬好酸辣湯底,每碗嗆鍋麵都是現場熬煮,俗擱大碗。
- 手工水餃(6元/顆):
- 手工水餃有韭菜、高麗菜及鮮蝦三種口味。因老闆使用新鮮蝦子,若遇到天氣不好或蝦子生產淡季則無原料製作鮮蝦水餃。至於韭菜及高麗菜水餃每日總限量200-300顆,強調手工製作及新鮮。手工水餃比一般水餃大一點,其水餃皮厚度適中且有彈性,不會太爛,而餡料結實且吃的出肉餡的鮮度及品質,完全沒有雜味。
