- 金瓜炒米粉、高麗菜酸滷肉、五味鐘螺、五味鮮珠螺、河豚皮、港式龍蝦、養生鰻魚湯等
介紹：
- 吉貝有許多複合式民宿及餐廳，或者民宿兼雜貨店、提供BBQ夜唱等，用意在給遊客們從一而終的便利服務，以免過夜的遊客們不熟悉吉貝而找不到用餐處或購物點。別野餐廳的老闆許姐也是如此，除了餐廳外，她還有經營吉貝別野景觀民宿，但餐廳並不僅提供給別野民宿房客使用，所有前往吉貝遊憩的遊客們都可以到別野餐廳用餐或BBQ。
- 許姐雖非澎湖人，嫁到吉貝成為台灣媳婦的她深耕吉貝已有一、二十年之久，與在地人建立長久的合作模式，由在地人提供新鮮魚貨給許姐，因此菜色有一定的品質水準，許姐也強調使用在地食材，珠螺、高麗菜酸、鐘螺、錢鰻等盤中飧，樣樣是吉貝自產，強調澎湖特色。除此之外，許姐於清晨傍晚閒暇時分，會親自到吉貝後山採集野生風茹草、曬乾、熬煮成風茹茶後冰鎮，野生風茹茶香氣十足，甜度偏淡較養生，清涼消暑，提供給每一位前來別野餐廳用餐的遊客暢飲。
- 別野餐廳除了可以提供十人合菜，價位1500就可以吃很飽外，對於三三兩兩的散客，許姐也很貼心地組合每人250的套餐，都有七八道菜色且保證不小氣，一定讓客人吃到飽，一般五百元兩人份在其他餐廳大概點四到五道菜，在這裡可以多兩道到三道菜色可以品嚐，很推薦小團體或情侶來這裡吃套餐，並且有免費風茹茶可以喝
- 許姐很好客，而且樂於對每一位遊客解說各樣菜色出處、繁瑣的處理方式，例如河豚皮、珠螺等，有興趣聆聽的網友們可以主動向許姐詢問，可以得知更多澎道地食材取得的不易，助自己更了解澎湖。
