- 平日:週一～週四 假日: 週五.週六 .週日.及連續假日國定假日前晚起 ＊淡季：10月～隔年3月
- 訂房須知：
- 請房客於電話預約或線上訂房後三個銀行工作日內，以匯款或ATM轉帳方式預付訂金；訂房預付金額為住房總金額的50%，逾時，線上系統將自動取消訂房，請注意。
- 在7天內取消訂房(含更改天數及房間數)恕不退還訂金。【自住宿日起算】
- 在8天到14天內取消訂房者，可退訂金30％或可換名（將保留訂金3個月，逾時視同放棄）
- 在15天前取消訂房者，可退訂金50％或可換名（將保留訂金3個月，逾時視同放棄）
- 如遇天候不良，航空公司宣佈停航，或天災、水患等無法前來，可退訂金或延期。
- 因颱風而交通受阻必須續住，此期間住宿一律給予五折優惠。

- 住宿須知：
- 進房時間：下午3點後/退房時間：上午11點前
- 為維護其他旅客權益，請勿攜帶寵物入室內
- 為維護空氣品質，室內全面禁止吸菸
- 民宿全面禁止酗酒及其他不法行為，經勸導無效將由當地派出所處理
- 為求隱私退房前民宿不會主動為您清理房間(若有需要請告知)
- 響應節能減碳，不主動提供拋棄式盥洗用具，外出時請關閉房內電器用品
- 為維護住宿品質，晚上11點後，室內勿嬉戲喧鬧及民宿外活動請放低音量
- 民宿旁的海邊活動，應有民宿人員陪同，並自備防晒及戲水用品
- 戲水返回時，民宿外有清洗區，請自行清理後再入室內
- 民宿內外設備經主人用心佈置，請房客愛惜使用
- 貴重物品應自行妥善保管，民宿不負保管之責
- 外出時，將鑰匙放至櫃檯交給民宿人員，避免出遊遺失
- 不依規定超出住房人數，加收500元，每房限增加1人為限

- 免費機場/碼頭接送，幫住宿客人汽、機車租賃及免費提供各式行程諮詢
- 免費提供民宿旁潮間帶活動如撿拾貝類等簡單用具(不含蛙鏡)
- 全館無線上網及有線網路，房客需自備電腦
- 提供BBQ場地及大型烤肉架，代購BBQ食材
- 免費提供澎湖本島全圖，馬公市區、七美、望安、吉貝等地圖
- 民宿各房間都有小冰箱，另有冷凍櫃免費提供房客使用，如釣客的魚獲及旅客的冷凍物品
- 免費提供脫水機、烘乾機、飲水機、腳踏車、望遠鏡使用
- 接待大廳備有簡易料理台，提供沖泡式咖啡、澎湖在地茗茶(風茹茶包)及小點心
- 民宿提供櫃檯內行李暫放區，方便住客因退房而行程未結束，行李無處放之困擾
- 尋寶。經由民宿人員提醒或口頭透露房間內某處有寶盒，經房客尋找而獲得一份精美紀念品
- 參與民宿手工藝紀念品製作，完成後每人免費帶回紀念品乙份
- 免費參觀西衛傳統產業手工麵線製作
- 深入了解澎湖在地文化及地方農漁牧及宗廟等，民宿免費提供澎湖生活博物館入場卷乙張
- 農曆初一或十五前後二、三天，是潮差較大的日子，免費潮間帶及生態景觀之體驗
- 我思園澎湖植物單車自由行及自費澎湖外礁磯釣之活動
