- 2005年鎮海灣民宿與少數幾間民宿開啟了澎湖優質民宿的濫觴，2008年一對藝術家夫妻與一位熱愛澎湖的年輕人為鎮海灣注入新的住宿氛圍及在地情感，來到鎮海這個寧靜的海邊小村，有洋樓及古厝的一代風華，也有沙灘、海灣的景緻，沒有車馬喧囂的街道，也沒有都市緊張的節奏感，空氣中只感受的到海洋的呼吸及民宿營造的一種同時擁有回到家中的自在以及悠閒渡假的氣息。
