  • 介紹：
    • 山水沙灘觀海別墅為一比鄰於美麗的山水沙灘之新興民宿，歐式三層樓建築，大片落地窗遠眺蔚藍山水海景，全新寬敞大廳與舒適乾淨套房，成為親近沙灘海洋的絕佳住宿選擇。房間皆有對外窗戶，可以選擇面向山水海灘抑或朝向山水社區聚落。大廳內除有沙發區可以觀賞電視外，並有吧台桌椅區提供中小型聚會之用。
    • 今日山水社區已經成為民宿聚集之聚落，此乃拜美麗的山水沙灘之賜，在民宿業者把目光聚集在此之前，觀海別墅早已落居於此，也就是說觀海別墅是山水第一家民宿，也是距離山水沙灘最近的一間民宿，從陽台望出就是沙灘美景，除了美麗的沙灘外，民宿主人阿順的誠實可靠之服務也是民宿能屹立不搖的原因，民宿每個環節的規劃都是投入鉅資真正追求質感，度假就是要有品味的理念帶來了好家具好裝潢的設計感，阿順除了觀海別墅外也有沙灘城堡民宿，市區內的經濟住宿菊島日租以及旅遊達人旅行社提供行程整合代辦服務，做到了垂直整合的服務！
